SkyDealer mobile app
SkyDealer is a mobile app that lets everyday people — mainly small shop owners in rural Mongolia — become dealers for Skytel, selling airtime and data bundles directly from their shop. It works like a digital kiosk for areas without a nearby Skytel branch, making it easy for local shop customers to get mobile service on the spot.

Challenge
Dealers often complete sales using the customer's phone, not their own — so verifying who is actually running the transaction couldn't rely on the phone number. The app needed a reliable way to confirm the real dealer's identity without slowing down a quick, in-shop sale. On top of that, the primary users were non-technical shop owners, so the product had to stay simple enough to use between customers, while still surfacing real sales data.
Results
Dealers get a secure identity check through e-Mongolia, a fast minimal flow to sell Skytel packages, and one place to see all their sales and reports — removing the biggest trust gap in third-party-phone transactions without adding friction to the sale. The final deliverable spanned 12 end-to-end flows, giving the development team a complete, ready-to-build product spec.

Process
Researched the real context of use: a busy shop counter, a waiting customer, an owner with no time or patience for a complex app.
Solved identity first, integrating e-Mongolia national authentication so dealer identity is verified independent of whose phone is being used.
Designed the transaction flow around one-time verification, so dealers could sell repeatedly without re-authenticating each time.
Reduced the UI to only core actions: sell a package, confirm the transaction, check earnings.
Consolidated sales, commissions, and performance into a single reporting screen instead of scattering data across multiple views.
Used a minimal, high-contrast visual style suited to low app-literacy users.
Delivered and handed off 12 complete flows covering the full app experience end to end — from onboarding and identity verification through selling, reporting, and account management.

Conclusion
Solving identity verification at the system level (via e-Mongolia) let the rest of the design stay radically simple. For non-technical users working real-world commerce, clarity beats extra features — the goal was removing barriers between a trusted seller and a customer, not adding capability.
