Designed a bidding platform for premium phone numbers with exclusive serial patterns, where the core challenge was translating a transactional auction mechanic into an experience that felt premium rather than transactional. SkyDealer is a mobile app that lets everyday people — mainly small shop owners in rural Mongolia — become dealers for Skytel, selling airtime and data bundles directly from their shop. It works like a digital kiosk for areas without a nearby Skytel branch, making it easy for local shop customers to get mobile service on the spot.

Playtime Mini App
PlayTime is Mongolia's biggest music festival, and Skytel's been a partner for years, running a booth on the festival grounds every edition. This year they wanted something more than a booth. Skytel launched a mini app for festival-goers to build their own lineup and go on a treasure hunt around the field for gifts and merch. I was the only UX designer on it, took it from zero to a working, festival-ready prototype, on a pretty tight timeline.

This was a full redesign of the Skytel app, the main app customers use to manage their mobile, IPTV, and other services. I went through all 23 user flows, redesigned and optimized each one, cut out 1-3 unnecessary steps per flow, and ended up delivering over 200 screens by the end of it.
